I have an extra, but it’s at will call. I can try and see about changing the name, though. Feel free to message me.
Just got my ticket to this. 35 bucks is a little steep, but could not pass up seeing TWY and Tiny Moving Parts. Haven't seen TWY headline since the tour with Fireworks, Real Friends, Citizen, and Mobo. Never really checked out TMP until recently, but love their last two albums. I dig older Tigers Jaw so I'm hoping the still play a fewer old jams.
I’ll be in Portland when this tour rolls through so I got tickets at the Wonder Ballroom for my girlfriend and I. Pretty excited about it. I always love seeing shows outside the OC/LA bubble so this will be lots of fun. I’ll still be in Anaheim when the tour hits there. Should I go to that show as well?
The wonder ballroom is my favorite midsize venue in the city. Not really a bad view in the place, and a chill downstairs with a screen to watch the show if you need to relax. I’ll also be at this show!
Just got my ticket today for their NYC show! Went right to the box office since I was already in the area so I could avoid the service fee. Super excited--it'll be my first time seeing all four bands and I've been wanting to see TWY and Tigers Jaw for a very long time.
I'm very curious to see what the setlist looks like for this. I'm assuming 4-5 from the new album (Raining in Kyoto, Pyramids of Salt, Sister Cities, We Looked Like Lighting...maybe Heaven's Gate or Flowers?)
I think it'll be more than 4-5 for sure Really hoping it's different then the UK set and really hope they don't do the acoustic portion here
It bums me out that they're seemingly not playing anything from Upsides anymore. I mean, I know you're trying to leave that part of your career behind, but Brand New still played one song from YFW at most shows right up to the end.
I wouldn't complain if they played WSP, it's always a great live song, but I think I'd rather see them play anything off the new album over it at this point, if I'm being honest
Eh. I mean I go to concerts to sing along, I don’t really care to see you testing out a bunch of new songs. I know this will be an unpopular opinion, but when a new album has just come out I really don’t need more than 4 songs from it max. After that initial tour sure, go ahead and up it.
I’m down with hearing a bunch of new songs. I liked the new ones they did in the UK a lot. Would also be very happy if cul-de-sac stayed in too.
If they took the original UK set but dropped the acoustics for full band Dismantling Summer, Local Man and Washington Square Park I literally could not be happier.
I went and sang along to all the new songs last night. They sounded great! I would be totally cool if the tour was the new album in its entirety (which I know it won't be). This album is perfect. They are the only band that I always went to see new over old, cause they just keep getting better and better.
Physical or digital? I’m going but won’t be able to get there until 8:30 ish because I’m working in CT until 5.
I know there is little to no chance for this, but does anyone have an extra ticket for the NJ date? Will pay.
