Just got an email that the LPOE deluxe vinyl won't ship til Oct 7th :/

 

yeah I knew there was a reason I'd held off on the Hopeless deluxe lol

though I definitely am also getting the 'put the work in, plant a garden, try to stay afloat' hoodie

 

I ordered from the hopeless store and preordered that hoodie, a t shirt, and the regular vinyl. That all hasn’t shipped yet either.

 

I ordered the standard vinyl from LPOE. No update to my order status but USPS Informed Delivery shows a package arriving Friday for something from "Shipwire Inc".

 

Just got my shipping notification for the record! Think I ordered through the Hopeless store, if anyone's wondering

 

Got the same delay email from LPOE for the deluxe, and within a minute or two, one from my local record store saying my standard copy had shipped. I should have that one tomorrow, if history is any indication.

 

Just got a confirmation from Hopeless that my Blue Butterfly variant is shipping as of today. Let's goooo

I ordered TWY merch from Hopeless and the record plus more merch from LPOE. I just got a shipping notification from Hopeless, but not from LPOE. So it sounds like just the vinyl is delayed.

Looking forward even more to "Laura and the Beehive" now, as my grandmother died this morning. Though it's sad, she lived an incredible life - 98 years, and was a beacon of health for all bu the last couple months. She went peacefully in her sleep, with her wit still about her until the end. You can't really ask for a life any better, so I'm feeling less mournful and more celebratory, if that makes any sense. Expecting that one to hit hard.

If you want a good chuckle, we asked her a couple of weeks ago if she wanted anything special written in her obituary. She thought about it for a moment and said, "I was here, and now I'm gone." Pretty perfect.

 

Sorry for your loss! I just lost my step grandmother a few weeks ago as well, she was 93. Sounds like she was very similar to yours re: her wit

 

No shipping update from my order from LPOE

 

I have my soon to be second kids 20 week ultrasound tomorrow and I’m going to come home and listen to this. Totally going to fuck me up, huh?

 

I only ordered my record on Monday so I can't be sad, but I still am.

 

One can only hope haha. Congrats!
