Last night was my first time ever seeing The Wonder Years (I only got into them a few years ago). The Greatest Generation is by far my favorite album of theirs, so I knew I had to go to this tour. Oh man, they did not disappoint! They were incredible! As I'm getting older, I feel like I have to limit myself in terms of shows, but this is one of those bands that I feel like I'll have to try and see any time they come back in the area.

Side note, I've been to countless shows at Starland Ballroom and I think this is the first time I've ever seen someone get on top of one of the side bars to sing part of a song. It happened to be right at the bar I was standing near, so that was fun!

Feel like it would be crazy to actually have New Years With Carl Weathers on the wheel and not just on the regular setlist.

Put Carl Weathers on the regular setlist and put Fruit Punch on the wheel

Wait, This Party Sucks is a rarity? It's the song that made me fall in love with this band, it's so good.

Way too whiney and holier than thou. Used to love it too but really hate it these days haha

  15. I love it, but it's in the bottom tier of that album and not something I see them ever playing again outside of Upsides shows or a rarities show like this.

Everything pre TGG at this point aside from Came Out Swinging, Local Man and the occasional Don't Let Me Cave In are rarities

At that time in my life, I had probably never related more to a lyric than:

"I can't believe that I got stuck here again, while the kid with the dreads tells me he's smarter on acid"

I knew this was gonna be the band for me.

Love the idea of this but would be tough to get a babysitter for my 4-month old on NYE. Unless they add a matinee, going to rationalize not going by the fact that the only song I haven't seen on that wheel is The Orange Grove.

  19. I'm upstairs in Manchester! Kississippi just finishing up, by all accounts they killed it. 20min queue for merch!!

How many of the 'rarities' on that wheel have we all seen before?

I forensically went through and I've seen 12 of them which is a good effort. All of the right hand side of the wheel basically (Salinger round to Summers in PA) then Geraldine, Me Vs Highway and I Was Scared.

I think I’ve seen everything besides Buzz and Rob Gordon haha

  22. What I haven't seen:
    Out On My Feet
    Brakeless
    My Geraldine
    Buzz Aldrin
    My Life As Rob Gordon

  24. Have they ever played "When the Blue Finally Came" live? I think that's the only Sister Cities song I haven't seen. Pretty sure I've seen all of NCTH besides the title track and all of Hum besides "The Paris of Nowhere."
