I've always looked at Taco Bell as the rock bottom of any tex-mex food options. What's worse? Nothing I can think of.

Anyone have a favorite Wonder Years album?

Sometimes I think it's TGG but then I remember Surburbia and then The Upsides was really important to me when it came out and NCTH has some great tracks.

I think it's Surburbia, though TGG has my favorite closer and opener.

 

Suburbia>TGG>NCTH>Upsides

Heard heard The Upsides when I was 15, liked a few songs but not the whole album. Once Suburbia came out and I saw them for the first time on Warped in 2011, something clicked.

Mix on NCTH definitely affects my ranking. If it was cleaner, I'd put it ahead of TGG.

For me it's pretty much I think TGG and Suburbia are their better two. I don't really have a strong opinion between those two which is better, and I also don't have a strong opinion about whether Upsides or NCTH is better

NCTH is my favorite although Suburbia is a very close second

I understand TGG being the consensus favorite and it absolutely has some top tier songs but it didn’t quite “hit” me the way the above 2 did. The Upsides played a prettt pivotal role in my life, I was talking with @Shrek last night about this but I firmly believe The Upsides had a huge impact on the scene much like Full Collapse and Futures and many other big pivotal albums. That said it’s just not quite up there with the others.

 

Is there something that turns you off about the other 3? I mean they generally sound similar.

 

i listened to TGG the other day for the first time in a while and i can confirm that it still means a ton to me

 

TGG was huge for me so TGG > Suburbia > Upsides > NCTH

 

TGG is my least fav
