BEen catching up on the Walking Dead world...the Daryl show is honestly pretty decent! The first episode of it was kinda boring/a lot of set up and I was worried I'd end up not caring about the new characters but I ended up liking them by the end of Season 1.

There's some clear "dumb choices characters make just to keep the storyline going/maintain Daryl's plot armor" beats that aren't new to the TWD writing, but still decent enough. And I enjoyed seeing how the apocalypse was going in another country.

My big worry at this point is I'm worried I'll never get a resolution to the storyline that I want, aka Daryl getting to reunite with Rick and the rest. I assume they won't be bringing back all those characters for a one off scene lol

Night 1 of the Creative Arts Emmys and so far the only thing The White Lotus season 3 has won is Outstanding Original Opening Theme Music.
