I’m fine with Tanya dying but the way it went down with her killing a bunch of people who apparently just walk straight toward gunshots was really dumb and silly imo And then just falling off the boat lol like how has she lived this long?
I think the other stories played out really well though, I wish they got more time in this episode but the conclusions were satisfying
I read an article on Variety that said Greg was the big winner because he gets all Tanya's money without having to split it with everyone else...but uhhh, don't we think Portia would spill all the beans to authorities?
I mean she’s an idiot. When she and Greg were on the Vespa she like, couldn’t keep her damn mouth closed? She’s just a very stupid person yet very rich and successful. It makes total sense to me that she could manage to clumsily shoot her way out of that and then slip off the boat and die. It’s how she’s lived her life. It just finally caught up with her.
She and Portia both exhibited what I call horror movie brain. You see Jack fucking his uncle and don’t tell Portia? Jack steals your phone and you don’t immediately try to get away from him once you’re in public?
Oh yeah they’re def in on it. I liked how Jack didn’t end up being “bad” per se, more so like he’s just scared of them as well.
I would think Greg would go ahead an do that anyway. He knows Portia was there. Exactly why she should go to the authorities.
I read a few things about how Lucia and Mia played people to get what they wanted but idk, I don't think Lucia had sex with Valentina to keep the job or flirted with her to get the job. I think she really was being nice. The fact it led her to keep her job was just a bonus. She also don't mean to "kill" the pianist. She tried screwing him for an opportunity, which indirectly worked.
But thats not playing someone. Lucia played albie and the family. Mia was upfront and even told Valentina they're not a couple and she should find a real gf.
No it was an exchange, but she wasn’t just being nice. She wanted the job. But I do think she was being nice when she was honest with the hotel manager afterward, and offered to introduce her to some other women.
I'll retract. I forgot that at that point she had to convince Valentina to keep playing. She was playing for a bit at that point. I guess I meant more that articles I was reading lumped her and Lucia together in playing their counterparts. Where I don't see Mia like that. Sure she offered to have sex with her, but she laid out her intentions and even in the end was upfront that there were no long term implications. I think both parties are very happy in the end
Yeah I agree I don’t think Mia planned it out to play the manager but I can see how given the events that occurred how the old piano player would think that lol I enjoyed the manager telling him the customers just liked her better
I'm glad the staff/locals mostly came out ahead this time around, as opposed to season 1 where most of them were completely fucked over in some way or another.
