I hear it at work all the time already!

 

Despite its flaws (the main one being that it’s too long) this is pretty easily my favorite weeknd album by a fair margin

 

this is the tracklist I'd have suggested if they'd simply consulted me, with the long version as the eventual "director's cut" for when the movie comes out or whatever. I've soured on "I Can't Wait to Get There" (I've heard slight variations on that chorus too many times, most recently Silk Sonic) but otherwise I like almost all the songs, the original tracklist is simply too much weeknd for one sitting

two other songs on Carti's album seem to be partially or fully AI as well, with all three using vocal tracks from another rapper, Keith Lawson, run through a Carti AI filter

 

Carti was already such a fucking loser too, geez

 

Unsurprisingly the movie is getting absolutely brutal reviews.

Ok his delivery here is actually pretty funny, I'm not sure if he was trying to go for humorous but I have to imagine he was at least partly

If you’re surprised by that acting then you haven’t seen the same 30 seconds of the idol that I unfortunately saw

 

Abel is an absolutely terrible actor who convinced himself he’s a movie star.

It’s kind of crazy how good this album is imo

 

I got to listen to it again, loved it at the beginning of the year

 

It’s too long so I rarely ever listen to it in full but whenever I throw it on even for just thirty minutes I’m like, “wow this is somehow even better than I remember” lol

 

Amazing album, stoked to see him in august.

 

Yeah this is very easily my AOTY atm. I listen to it from start to finish pretty regularly. Definitely one of those albums that gets better and better each time you listen.
