    Because it's not equality if a state can decide to overturn it at any point. It needs to be equal across the board

    Because refusing to let people use certain bathrooms based on their gender identity is blatant discrimination, likely in violation of the Equal Protection Clause?

    I still can't get into The Weeknd but he seems like such a cool dude. This was a good career move for sure but I think it came from a genuine place, particularly considering he's Muslim.
