In Chains, wow. Crushing song.

 

I was murdering the early singles before the album came out, so I'm currently skipping them to give the other tracks a chance.

I'm agreeing wholeheartedly with everyone about 'In Chains'. Man, what a record!

Also, 'Clean Living' really tugs at the heart

 

Just got through my first listen. Finally.
This is really really good.

Got a lot of nostalgia without getting lost in it.

 

"in chains" made me feel like i was being catapulted into a into a divine realm but my body couldn't handle it and just started vibrating rainbows

Honestly Cheryl was one of the things I was looking forward to most for this session haha.
Her excitement in the last session with them is contagious.

This is a very pleasant listen. First impressions are that I like it more than Lost in the Dream.

 

This album is earth shatteringly good imo. Listening to it with good headphones changes everything

 

Fielding votes for which track from this I should put on a playlist for a friends screening event next week. I really can't decide. Thinking Pain or Clean Living at this point. The vibe is like energetic indie-ish so far. (New tracks from The National, Alvvays, Grizzly Bear)

 

1 vote for Pain. Clean Living is amazing but goddamn Pain is just the best.

Nothing To Find is my current favorite. That harmonica fuuuucks me up

 

Finally getting around to this, halfway through and it's stellar. Love music that feels instantly timeless.

Made my brother listen to Thinking of a Place and all he said was "interesting". He must be adopted.

 

I got my brother into this band with lost in the dream. He's as obsessed with this as I am

 

This is definitely top 3.
