One thing I liked about that little montage was seeing them using a forge/pouring molten metal into the pitchfork mold.
I'm detecting sarcasm. Because that mold was essentially the same as a child's Satan Halloween costume.
No, it was a good try at showing something besides farming. Looked nothing like a real pitchfork, but far better than CGI deer and fake trash piles...
It was just a fucking tractor and another building behind her. maybe the tractor they rented for the first half of the season had to be returned? Holy hell.
Just watched the episode "Killer Within". I want to drop this show, everything felt so cheaply approached in this episode.
At least it looks like things actually happen next episode...lol. looks like they make it to Oceanside I think that ending scene would have been better if they'd just revealed it was Dwight.
I waited a full day to respond to get all the complaining out of the way but it may not stop lol. I thought it was another good episode where I wouldn't drop any scene, it all had purpose. Sucks we probably lost Sasha. I remember liking Rosita before Negan came around so I'm hoping she comes back around after this. I remember hating Sasha when she was laying in graves and all that and she came around, so I think they can do it. I never thought they were going to have Eugene turn, but maybe this was showing that he will. I think that would be a nice change up.
I still stand by my original theory that Euge enjoys being respected and felt worthwhile there unlike with Rick who fobbed him off as an idiot Glad to see return of Gribbly Gunk
Out of interest, how many people still genuinely enjoy the show...and how many watch, assuming that the next episode can't possibly be worse than the last? I'm...ummm...in the latter category...
I thought that episode was ok but I've taken to having a few, uhhh, "brewski's" (slang for "beers") while watching this show now. It helps! Load up on snacks too, it's a good time! Also, Dwight is now my fav character and I p. much just await new scenes with/development of him now.
Season 3 eh? I remember how far my jaw dropped after the initial airing ended. They shaved off quite a bit of the already thin main cast in such an early episode!
I genuinely love it. There is so much trash on tv these days that I laugh whenever I see people going this hard on a show with this production, acting and writing.
I think my main problem is that earlier seasons were properly good + I don't know where that show went! There are some serious pacing issues with this season, and although I can see that we're getting to a gigantic battle, the show lacks any momentum as we have to check-in with a different group every week. I want to love it...but it's just tough at the moment!
I think its a pacing issue because the amount of characters they have. Since the show has been back they finally got around to showing Jesus and the Hilltop which can be looked at as a pacing issue, but the other episodes didn't drag for me and had all stuff I wanted/needed to see to move the story forward for me so I think it's just a curse of having so many characters you care about.
haven't seen the last 2. first time i've been legitimately completely disinterested in staying caught up. i think ill just wait for the season to end so i can binge it without feeling so cheated every episode.
