You didn't. All that happened was Eugene started to get comfortable as 'being Negan'. Also, Negan kills their doctor because Dwight framed him and made it look like he let Daryl escape because the doc and Sherri had some kind of relationship.
Another great episode. Dwight's story was done so well, I think his wife leaving was his snapping point against Negan and he'll team up with Eugene to escape and side with Rick and crew. I also loved how it ended with Eugene trying to bring up how he bit Dwight in the dick but Dwight cut him off.
Man, I thought for sure Negan's wives were just testing Eugene. I was waiting for them to go back to Negan and say "this guy is willing to let us kill ourselves." or something like that. You could say Eugene is being submissive because he's scared, or he's just going along with it (something we all said Rick and co. should have done a long time ago). Either way, dug the episode.
I think if you threw a guy into a fire he wouldn't just lay there until he died. And he died instantly.
So wait, they're going to encase the zombie's heads with molten metal? I have to agree with Negan on that is one of the most badass things I could imagine.
I thought he threw the doctor all the way in. I was surprised to see his lower half hanging out. But with how hot those smelters get, he'd have gone into shock almost instantly, not to mention the breathing in of that hot air would have fried his throat.
I really liked seeing Eugene grow and become confident, but sucks it was with Negan's grow instead of Rick's lol.
Remind me again if scratches from the walkers will lead to death? I thought that was the case but I could be wrong. If you wanted to weaponize a walker, you'd encase their head/shoulders in metal. Short of dismemberment, how would you immobilize that?
Yea but you gotta get to his head to either stab it or cut it off. Kinda hard if the head/neck is encased in armor.
Oh yeah, agreed. My statement was meant as a joke. I would love for the Zombies to become threatening again.
Would be damn threatening to see a herd of armor plated walkers knock at the gate of Alexandria. That would seriously pose a huge problem if trapping each zombie was the only way to even try to kill them.
Yeah, I think Eugene kinda screwed RIck and crew when they try to overtake the Saviors compound, now they have more to deal with lol.
I have a strong feeling that Eugene is going to have to prove his allegiance. I could easily see him killing someone from Alexandria when the two parties eventually meet up, or him getting killed for not doing what Negan tells him to.
I don't think it'll go that far. Even though I think he is enjoying his small power trip, I think Dwight will team up with Eugene to meet up with Rick and the King, and them two will be Rick's way in. Remember that after crying and acting like a scared baby in front of Negan, when he walks away Eugene gave a smile when no one was looking.
The Dwight stuff was good, that dude is a good actor. I know some of the comic story involving him and I hope that's incorporated in the show. Off topic, but did anyone see yet another weird spin off of Fear The Walking Dead? It's called Passage, and it's a series of 30 second clips probably leading to a new cast member.
I liked this episode. I hope Eugene just becomes a genuine bad guy, I feel like that would be an interesting thing to do. If he's just pretending and goes back to being good that would be super lame.
I want to see that as well. The only reason he became part of Ricks group was because he lied about the cure as a way to survive. He is very analytical so what really would stop him from leeching onto a more powerful group with a better lnfastructure and lifestyle if he calculated that it improves his chance of survival.
I think because he's become close with Ricks group and considers them family of some sort. If he were to stay with Negan for a long period of time I do believe he would end up turning but I don't think this situation will last all to long.
I actually think he will and is enjoying it. Negan is fully right, Rick didn't use Euge for damn shit. And now he has a purpose and is being respected for what he can do with his abilities
