I think they will come into play in a big way. From what we saw, they have a huge armory but no one there can shoot to save their lives. Rick had all his guns taken, I assume will team up just for that reason.

 

I assumed that was pretty much the entire point of the episode, which is further troublesome because we really only needed to realize that the community has a barn filled with arsenal and no one can defend themselves so it's wasted. And the overly dramatic, worst scene of the series 'swear you won't come back. YOU NEED TO SWEAR!!!!" was obviously foreshadowing that Alexandria is coming for those weapons. Could have had a 3 minutes episode on Sunday and saved us from the God awful hour long episode it was.

 

Lol, fair enough. I enjoyed it but I can clearly see why people feel this way. I can't defend it.

 

Carl and Ron slapfighting, and Carl and Enid rollerskating are completely untouchable if we're talking worst scene of the series lol.

 

The rollerskating was the worst, it was hard to watch, the slapfighting at least provided a laugh.

 

I dunno, I think "fill in the blank" Andrea scenes are the worst, even over rollerskating. I think it's just been so long, everyone is far enough removed from how awful she was.

If Carl was a fraction of how badass he is in the comic, that fight would have been amazing and a bruised up Ron would have had a real reason to shoot out his eye.

But instead we must live with the memory of the slap fight lol

 

How do half a million people stop watching?!?
I know it's not the quality of some of last season eps but maybe it's just me but after 7seasons I'm already to committed and too much of a completionist to just drop something this far in. I can't fathom one day someone going "na, I'm out" this far in. Maybe it's my OCD to finish things

 

Absolutely this. I'm too far in to just drop it. It has almost become a ritual of sorts. I would probably need at least 2 seasons of utter rubbish to make me quit, and even then I'd probably still keep up with the episodes on my own time.

 

I hope it ends after season 8.. this show had dragged on way too long. I'm still comitted to it, but I'm also over it. And if they do, probably will, milk this out, they need to shorten it to 10 episode seasons

 

Yeah at this point, sometimes it just feels like I've come to far to stop. If I was a less boring person that actually did anything on a Sunday night, idk though haha.

The girl from the ladies camp in last wks Walking Dead (cindy) wasn't a Polynesian/Maori girl but of Korean/African American decent!!

 

Maybe a dumb question, but if I just skip the past two episodes, will I have missed anything big? They seemed fairly standalone, I don't care enough to catch up

 

You should probably read a quick synopsis but you're good to not watch them for sure.

Just got around to watching last week's episode. Pretry much exactly how I thought it would be. Please TWD, never make Tara the focal The point of an entire episode again. Missed the previews for tonight's episode, but I'm excited knowing it has to better than what I just watched.

 

The 10 minutes of tonight is already better than the last few weeks even if nothing else happens.

 

Negan isn't interesting anymore.

 

I still like him. Plus we're getting new layers to his character right now.

 

Each time I watch a new episode, I can't help but to feel like we should be further along. Some of this stuff is so drawn out...

 

This episode is so much better than the last couple.
