I’ve watched S11 up through the penultimate episode so far thanks to AMC+, and idk if I would call any of the episodes from 11C great. They’re fine. Who knows, TWD may stick the landing and deliver an excellent finale, but I’m not counting on it based on this last block of eps.
I’m pretty excited that I only have one episode left of an 11 season journey, regardless of how it pans out. Didn’t really get as excited about ep 23 as many seem to, I feel like this could have happened 3 episodes ago and built to a bigger climax
Norman Reedus says 'everybody dies' in 'The Walking Dead' finale Of course it won’t happen, but honesty that would kick ass. I always loved Robert Kirkman’s original idea to end the comics—a flash-forward in time that starts with a close-up of a Rick Grimes statue in Alexandria, then it zooms out to show the place is dilapidated and overrun with zombies.
I haven't seen like the last two and a half seasons, I can't imagine how many death fake outs I've missed or did they start to cut that shit out lol
My guess is the show ends with the walkers destroying all the communities and the group is left in the wilderness to start from scratch. Nobody noteworthy dies and we all hate ourselves for sticking with this show for a third of our lives.
Well we already know all of Daryl, Negan, Maggie, and probably Carol survive. Does it even matter if anyone else does?
EXT. Woods outside of Alexandria - Daytime Daryl & Negan watch from a distance as the walkers destroy the town Negan: Well Daryl, it looks like we were the walking dead after all. Cut to black.
End of credits scene: *Daryl in the middle of the woods at night, all by himself, camera pans up and walkers are coming in every single direction* *Camera zooms to Daryl's face. He flicks cigarette into the woods as he sits on his motorcycle* 'Fuck this, I'm going to Paris' *Kicks Motorcycle pedal five times, motorcycle rises and flies into the sky. Cut to black.
Rewatching Fear S7E8 (“P.A.D.R.E.”) again. Even though the rest of the season is insufferably bad, this episode commits to being bad in a Syfy-movie way, so it ends up being pretty funny. Anyway, this franchise has rotted my brain
The way Fear had Alycia Debnam-Carey for 7 seasons and squandered her throughout most of them is still irritating.
You should be able to stream the finale on AMC+ when it drops at 9 pm ET next Sunday, regardless of whether you have a free trial or a subscription. They’re not doing the ability to watch the finale early on AMC+ like they’ve done with previous episodes.
I'm two episodes behind, need to catch up. I feel like I need to watch the finale live as well. I have my parents Verizon sign in, would that work? Or you need +?
The second-to-last episode was good. The last 8 minutes was some of the most thrilling in recent memory. Have a pretty good idea where this is going. Wild to think that this ride will be over after 12 years.
Neither do I. Point being with all the spin-offs planned, we will get ZERO closure on the storyline and/or the main characters
Two things; Just got caught up. Not sure where this series will go with this ending, seems like there's still a lot left to explore. You think we see them overthrow CW and that's it? They get a new town, few people leave (for spin off purposes), and everyone stays safe within the walls? Second, if I sign in to the AMC app on my Roku TV, will I be able to watch Sunday night, live? Need to figure that part out. Would like to watch it live as I spent quite a bit of time on this journey.
