I enjoyed season 1, season 2 (especially the first half iirc) was a drag, season 3 was fantastic and season 4 was prob somewhere between season 3 and season 1z

 

It somehow made me dislike the leads who I was even looking forward to lol. Just didn't care for the show at all

 

FTWD is enjoyable and it’s a nice change of pace after watching TWD for a while but I agree that the characters are weak. Most of the ones that got better with time ended up dying.

 

Finally played Episode 2 of Season 4 of Telltale The Walking Dead. PRob not gonna get to Episode 3 and 4 until after the school year ends but I really do love this game and am bummed it's done, and bummed Telltale is done because I liked their GOT game too. HOpefully someone new steps in and picks up the slack.

I'm not nearly as attached to the new characters in this season as I was with past seasons though.

 

I remember how much people seemed to dislike season 3. Now it appears that people like it.

 

I've only watched one, really didn't like it. so if it's the best... lol

 

That's for Fear, and Season 3 has definitely been the best season of Fear.

Season 3 of TWD was decent, I just think they way it ended left a sour taste in everyone's mouth---without an actual resolution to the Governor plot line. At least it didn't seem like a resolution.

 

Watching S2 of Fear now, trying to play catch up.

 

Best season of TWD is either Season 1 or Season 2

Season 2 is a little rough but Season 3 and 4 are good

 

i absolutely hated season 2 of TWD, after how good S1 was them hanging at the farmhouse nursing carl and looking for sophia every episode was such a drop-off. it got good towards the end, the last few episodes when shane really starts to go nuts and then the finale with the farm invasion was pretty great. 90% of that season i hated though lol

 

Just funny to me how in the comic if I recall correctly they were on the farm for like a day and a half? Most of that season is dragged out into nothing lol

 

Most of the whole series is dragged out into nothing.

 

I actually liked Season 2 even though it did drag on at times. But the barn reveal was a great moment in the show and really sad, and we got some good moments with Dale trying to be the moral compass and Shane was interesting and Daryl became a decent character and etc.

 

Shane, loner Daryl, Rick starting to kill the living, goofy Glenn, Andrea was a good character, Dale’s morality, Maggie, everything in s2 regarding the characters was top tier.

 

Season Two is when this show was in top form. Sorry for all you guys who just wanted nonstop zombie action but season two had some outstanding moments and some of the best writing of the series.

 

I think 4 and 5 were prob the best seasons...or 4 at least.

And honestly this past season was good.

 

1st 3 episodes of s5 with Terminus were the peak for sure

 

When Rick bites that one dude’s neck was such a good moment

 

The second half of season 4 and the first half of season 5 is probably the best "season long" era of the show IMO
