Honestly they should just bring him back for real. His death and the following 6 seasons were all a dream sequence. Reset the show back to S2 when it was still solid

Honestly bummed they’re bringing him back...too good of an actor to get involved with this trash heap.

 

I hated that character so much, so that's a big pass.

 

And the head rubs will still somehow be the best part of this season lol

 

I hated Shane but Bernthal has been fantastic in pretty much everything else (I don’t watch the Netflix marvel shows, but people seem to like them).

 

with andrew lincoln confirmed leaving, i have to imagine rick will die in the mid season finale, and if shane can somehow be a part of that, it would be almost fitting, and that could be why he's coming back for this.

 

He was made for the Punisher role. Also wasn't a big fan of Shane though

 

Might as well bring back Sarah Wayne callies while you’re at it.

Didn’t watch last season but how the hell can they bring Shane back if he’s dead? I can understand a flashback but like how can he continue an entire season

 

The most confusing thing about this article is the fact that Hardwick has the clout to get someone blacklisted...like he's technically a nobody. Either way, he sucks.

I’m glad they are bringing back Shane for Rick’s final episodes. It would be nice if Lori and Carl would appear too.

Please tell me the ghost of Shane swoops in and abducts rick and Maggie and then disappears with them forever. That's the only thing that would redeem this show at this point.
