Enjoyed the episode somewhat, but my god is it annoying when these people give their "epic" speeches before a battle. Says a lot about the current state of the show that I genuinely enjoyed a new FAMILY GUY episode I caught afterwards more than a season premiere...
Some entertaining stuff in the premiere, but holy hell was that dream epilogue shit some of the corniest garbage I’ve ever seen.
A few key moments were taken straight from the comic, in a good way. I liked the nod to the end of the first episode with the camera shot from above that kept pulling upward at the Sanctuary (exactly like the pulling shot of the tank). Did anyone also notice the little girl walker cameo from episode one? The same girl played her too, all grown up.
If any of u are like wow are there any well written great horror tv shows on??? I'm just gonna direct u here TV Show - The Exorcist (Fox)
I thought Negan was starting to get annoying by delivering each sentence in the same exact why but now I think the most annoying character may be King Ezekiel. Like, no way that dude acted like or talked like that before the apocalypse.
I just want an hour of Ezekiel spouting mad shit. It seems so brilliantly out of place when he is outside of The Kingdom.
Anyone watch the Robot Chicken Walking Dead special? Some good laughs. They got most of the actors to voice their characters too.
can't believe they set up such an elaborate plan, had 20+ people with machine guns pointed at Negan, and no one took a shot for like ten minutes. fuck this dumb show
also it still feels weird that they are force feeding us "quirky Tara" with her bright sunglasses and a Twizzler hanging out of her mouth.
nothing against the actress (who seems pretty cool judging from Talking Dead interviews) but she might be my least favorite character overall.
I just think they need to trim the cast down If I had to pick a few characters I hope we lose this season, -Rosita -Tara -Gabriel I also think Aaron will die in some super sad, tragic way. I think it's also only a matter of time before Daryl goes out in a blaze of glory
They started this with her when she first went to Oceanside, and it's always come off as weird because they set no precedent for it, or had any character development. She just out of nowhere started dropping zingers with like 10 guns pointed at her, and they never looked back
Yeah, I love those guys! I've listened to quite a bit of their coverage - Better Call Saul, Game of Thrones, Fargo, etc. I think they do a really good job.
