Ha, glad it gave someone a nostalgic kick! This was the other one I found around a similar time. You can tell I was quite the fan back in those days! Oh to be 13 again.

 

A different time to be alive! I spy Linkin Park on the browser tab The 00s were the golden era for music for me, no doubt!

I listened to the solo album and it was fine but I didn't finish it. Just felt like an album full of the poppy elements of Vulnerable which is a big old meh for me

That's pretty cool aside from Bert not being able to scream anymore

 

And no involvement from half of the band members on those records!

 

Yeah, I would have been stoked by this in the 00s but not now.

It’s a smart cash grab, but a big no for me. They only play 12-15 songs on a headlining set which is pretty disappointing considering the cost of their shows. Three albums in three nights and you probably won’t hear any extra songs is pretty lame.

 

So are yall playing just the 2 albums each night, or an encore?

 

I see 17 songs, but yeah that’s longer than the sets they were doing the last time they did album sets. When they did Self Titled/ILAD they were doing 12-13 songs per night. That was extremely disappointing. A band at their point in their career should be playing longer than an hour.

 

I'd just watch the self titled set, if the opening bands are also cool. Otherwise, hard pass.

And yeah, I saw The Used like, 9 times during their heyday (02-06) but I really have no interest in seeing a 2025 version of this band, especially with Bert not having the vocal capacity as he did 20 years ago.

 

Not only can Bert not scream, but Jeph sounds fucking awful trying to scream. They should just get a designated screamer dude in the band who can do the screamy stuff and then dance on the stage the rest of the time, a la Mighty Mighty Bosstones.

 

Stoked to get a chance to hear Lies For The Liars live in full. That was a huge album for me.
