    nah I shamelessly and hopelessly love this album still. that post was meant as more a joke because I'd played the song like 3 times in a row and it was still stuck in my head lol

    I do like most of this record a lot and would kill for a clean recording of it. The muddiness really keeps me from listening to it as much as I would

    Really one of the worst sounding albums production-wise

    I would not want a cleaner version of this record. I feel like the production is a major strength here tbh.

    Meh I'm all for rawness but it sounds like they put the cd in a boombox and recorded it to a cassette and THAT'S the version they released. It's all so muffled.

    I’m a big defender of this album still but the production really is trash, and I usually am not as bothered by production as most people.

    That's a shame for two reasons.

    1. Hell or Highwater is the better band so it sucks he's no longer in but since Atreyu is in full swing again, I don't know how active Hell or Highwater even is right now.

    2. Just like Justin quiting Saosin for this, I hope he didn't quit a better band to be thrown out a little down the road.
