do double decker tacos count as specialty items or tacos? Cause they're way more than just your regular taco that some people could order.
that's ridiculous. It's essentially the same thing as a cheesy gordita crunch which is listed as a specialty item and a taco.
Yeah I think it's fair to classify double decker taco as a specialty item or at the very least as 1.5 tacos
Do we have an official stance of adding things and the impact that has on cost? Such as adding the spicy ranch sauce or substituting steak? Or making everything supreme? Or are there no rules?
modifications may be made, but the price addition of modifications will not count towards the $20. unless, for whatever reason, those modifications are required for participants to meet their dietary restrictions or preferences (gluten, veggie/vegan, etc).
So if you order something supreme it has the same monetary value as non-supreme? You're still adding calories. Hmm.
this is why there are categories and not specific items. if a participant wants to go with supreme over regular, that's fine, but there are pros and cons to the decision.
the OP has been updated with rules, deadlines, meal requirements, submission requirements, list of participants, etc. I will add the bit about modifications not contributing to the base $20 price floor.
What if I order 8 double-decker tacos? Cause I kind of want to do that. haha I guess I can always do that on my own time.
