    TIL what Applebee's markets as "Riblets" technically are not Riblets. Riblets are a real pork cut, but that isn't what Applebee's sells.

    What Applebee's serves as Riblets are actually a cut called Button Ribs which is found just past the ribs near the backbone, just underneath the tenderloin. This cut of meat has no bones but instead has "buttons" of cartilaginous material with meat attached.

    I kind of knew Dunkin and BR because I’ve seen some combination DD/BR shops before. But didn’t know about all the other ones. That’s interesting

    Burger King and Popeyes being owned by the same company is wild to me

    Most DD stores I have ever been to serve Baskin Robbins

    There are also combo Cinnabon/Carvel stores now too.

    Looks like an upscale seafood/steak chain. Similar to a Ruth's Chris (also owned by Darden) or a Morton's.
