My friend has been auctioning so much of his stuff off since the pandemic started. this makes so much sense. Sucks because she's just been assigned to his desk at WDI in February. We were all so stoked.
Only complaint I have from what I’ve seen is that the area looks super cramped with not a ton of open space, so it may be a nightmare as far as crowds go. That being said, I’ll likely never make it to Universal Japan, so probably not an issue for me personally lol Fully expect the Epic Universe iteration, should it ever actually come to fruition, to be plenty bigger what with it likely to be the premiere land when the new park opens. Can’t wait.
I thought the same thing, even texted that to my friend. But I also think Epic Universe will be a copy & paste from this.
It’s possible, but isn’t it believed that Epic Universe will open with the DK mine cart coaster too? I guess at this rate who knows what their plans are, but it seemed like that was in the cards before.
A lot of the rumors are that Epic Universe could be a long way off and Nintendo World could potentially come to one of the existing Florida parks.
I loved that ride so much. Wish I could experience it again just to see if it’s as great as I remember
Planning on going to WDW next month... was interested in the price differences for military tickets since I joined... Looking over the WDW Mil tix deals over the last decade. What a change. 09-$0 5 day ($99/addtl tix) 10- 4 Day/$99 (+$99) 11-12 - 4day/$138 (+$39) 13- 4/$156 (+$18) 14-15 - 4/$177 (+$21) 16- 4/$196 (+$19) 17- 4/$209 (+$13) 18- 4/$226 (+$17) 20-21 - 4 Day tickets for $265 (+$39) still a great deal for us, but... wow what a change.
Disney is unattractively expensive. I go with my friend pretty regularly, but if I went with a family, I think I'd reconsider.
