THEY ARE REPLACING WISHES IN MAY NOOOOOOOO IM SO MAD at least I'll get to see it one last time in a few weeks :'(
RIP its been around for like 14 years so I am okay with replacing it with something new. I'll be there 3/18 !
Nice! We are 16 days out. My girlfriend is doing the princess half marathon and I get to fool around at the front of Epcot and down Main Street early in the morning while she runs. I'm so ready to get down there I can barely wait.
I much prefer Universal, but now that I have a kid, my wife and I are going to try to make it a point to go to Disney every 4 years, which would be in 2020.
Found out I'm going to Disney for work to photograph our graduating student's during their vacation in May. Hoping we stick around to see Wishes so I can see it one last time, but it will depend on how well the student's are doing that day. Excited for this opportunity. Also means I get to go twice this year!
I went to the Universal parks for the first time last week. I doubt I'll be back any time soon, but we had a great time. The 3D/VR/whatever you call them rides get a little old after a while, but the first two I did blew my mind because I'd never been on anything like them. (My first two were Spiderman and the Harry Potter on the IOA side) I'm itching to get back to Cedar Point to ride Millenium Force, it's been like 8 years
Spiderman ride is real neat. Rip Ride was an awesome time too - we got there super early since we stayed on site, rode in 3 or 4 times in a row with no line.
I hate the new trend with adding a screen to everything because it feels lazy but whatever. Spiderman and Harry Potter from the IOA side rule. My favorite at Universal proper is definitely the Mummy.
Can't wait to watch this tonight after work. I was just down there in April but booked a trip for the end of June after seeing how awesome Pandora looked after the first previews. So excited.
My office is shutting down so if I end up getting laid off, I want to take a short trip to keep me from being bummed out
"Few weeks" makes me think we won't overlap since I'm 33 days from leaving but...any chance you'll still be there June 27th? I'm arriving late on the 26th.
All the Pandora stuff looks so dope. I think most of us are east coast Disney World'ers but I'm not gonna lie, the Guardians tower does look like a pretty solid replacement for DCA's TOT. As long as they leave Studio's alone.
Anybody know of a way maybe online to get cheaper tickets for six flags? I feel like I always hear a million different stories, but I think I'm going in the next few weeks and would like to save as much as possible. You all seem like resourceful lads so I figure here is the best place to ask. Hell even if it's for the parking, which is a ridiculous 20 bucks.
