I mean, I always knew the re-theme would be a re-ride, but hoping I get a good song when I do get my one and only ride on it when we're back next month. Just... not a fan of that coaster.
I was able to get there last year and skipped it, because I've done RnRC and various versions of that design (poltergeist @ SFFT, and whatever it was at SFA). And the reviews were not very glowing anyways of the retime. And also because I only had a few hours in the parks (the front of the line system you could purchase there was amazing and very cheap).
ugh, fuck. what are the chances "the possible future" section will be yet another way of trying to tout the wonders of AI?
hate to be that theme park fan…but can’t SOME things be left unchanged new coat of paint, new seats, more fluid animation: sure but come onnnnn
i knew updates were coming, and at least welcomed some timely changes to bring it up to date. i just didn't know they'd redo every single tableau. i figured maybe they'd keep at least a couple of the original scenes, but nope.
That is a big jump from announcing a Walt Disney animatronic being added to changing out the entire thing. Disney die hards are going to be pissed, especially as it's one of the Walt originals left in the park.
Like the idea, hate to lose the original. Would have much rather seen it in Disneyland or see them build a second theater and just have both running concurrently.
