Went to Cedar Point and Kings Island over the past week for the first time -- both are really solid parks.

However, unsurprisingly, Six Flags' execution of the MVP Pass is a bit of a mess. My daughter and I have passes through Dorney Park and my wife's is through Six Flags St. Louis.

- My pass worked for parking at Six Flags St. Louis and Kings Island; however, it didn't work for entry at Six Flags St. Louis but it did for Kings Island.
- My daughter's pass worked for entry at both Six Flags St. Louis and Kings Island.
- My wife's pass worked at Six Flags St. Louis but not at Kings Island.

Guest Services worked everything out, but they were pretty flummoxed. Just a heads up if anyone is going to any Six Flags parks in the fall - it's probably a good idea to call Six Flags and make sure it's all working before you go to any of the parks. Apparently, this will all be a non-issue in 2026 once their systems merge.

 

Man I am so happy for Nate/PMM, this is awesome for him

 

going to Disneyland/DCA at the end of the month for my birthday so I think it’s only fitting to start my yearly rewatch of every defunctland video.
