This new premiere pass is just going to further stratify the experience between the rich who can go to Disney whenever they want and a family who saves for years to experience it. Pure greed.
super fucking gross…its going to be $683 to do one day at Disneyland with the premier pass and access to both parks. That’s fucking insane. this is going to make lines even longer for regular people. Very happy my next trip to Orlando will be exclusively to visit Epic.
yeah...was thinking about planning another disney trip next year but now I don't know. might just do Epic
it’s almost like they knew Disney was gonna take a hit today with their news. Hopefully this is an opening date announcement?
WSJ article yesterday mentioned they would be open by Memorial Day and tickets would go on sale as early as this month
That new Disney plan is super obnoxious. I'm supposed to go with my family next year, but I'm seriously considering Universal instead.
not excusing the cost of the plan, but it's not a new thing that you need to have. it's an additional perk for people with fuck you money that don't want to wait in any lines. it's not going to add any more time to the waits as the people buying it would already be paying for lightning lanes, just now they don't take away one of the scheduled ones. people have wanted Disney to have something similar to Universal's express pass and this is a terrible answer to it
I think current plan will be get a 3-day pass for September and do HHN/Epic. We'll see. I usually don't get day tickets when I do HHN, usually do Disney in the day.
Aiming for Sept as well. I'll take a look at the packages but am more interested in what single day tickets will look like
It says something about parks fans or maybe about me that they're seeing these signs and debating the decline of quality craftmanship in Disney theming, and I am looking at them wondering why they're all not making the inherently obvious sex joke I want to make.
Booked our dates for the end of September as well @oncenowagain we gonna crush some beers on city walk?
