have you been before? Interested in hearing everyone’s opinions on the event. I’ve been to both the Hollywood and Orlando versions. The lines at both really became a deciding factor in not attending again. However, the main issue I have with the event is the lack of scares due to the constant flow of people in the mazes. granted, that’s because they’re trying to move the lines quicker but it really does sacrifice the haunt experience. Multiple times scares were ruined due to the actors being unable to set up again with no break between guests.
I personally have zero interest in horror nights stuff, I’m not interested in getting yelled at but I think it’s all pretty neat to see from afar
Once you've done one house you've done them all. When you turn and there's a cutout in the wall you know what is in there. As mentioned, the way you are moved like cattle means they can only jump out for every fourth group or so.
I have never been to HHN, but I grew up going to Busch Gardens Howl-O-Scream. I can't imagine that with 10x more crowds and lines and still enjoying myself.
I went to the Hollywood one in 2018 and 2021 and lines weren’t bad then but I know they’ve gotten worse since. I mainly went just to be at the parks at 1am lol
My prediction: Tropical Americas land at DAK official reveal and details. The Zootopia replacement of It's Tough To Be A Bug details/date. The new Little Mermaid show at DHS update. Reveal of Beyond Big Thunder plans (probably the Radiator Springs Racers clone that has been reported on), a confirmation of Villains land at MK with some blue sky but not much else. Maybe some Disney Forward blue sky stuff for Disneyland. Probably some Storyliving bullshit. I do hope there is some wildcards. DHS still needs a lot of major work.
