I think, especially if you’re going before park opens you won’t have to wait remotely near that.

Getting Flight of Passage, the Safari, and Expedition Everest done the same day makes for a perfect Disney Day.

Animal - Yak & Yeti counter service
Hollywood - several counter service kiosks near ToT, one has a surprisingly good pulled pork sandwich
Epcot - Via Napoli for quick pizza or Cantina San angel in mexico for nachos/tacos
MK - cosmic rays or caseys corner

For MK I’m always a Casey’s Corner or Harbor House kinda guy.

I actually really like the quick service restaurant in Pandora, though some people might not be into their options. But you can’t go wrong with Yak & Yeti whether seated or quick service.

If you partake in boozy delights, there are some great drink concoctions in pandora as well

Edit: ok so you do booze

-Get a margarita INSIDE mexico, its a few more bucks but its so much better
-glacier shot in norway if you like black licorice flavored things
-grey goose and grand marnier slushie in france

Other than that its local beer and wine but very few bad choices

I’m also most partial to the blood orange margarita located inside the Mexico pavilion. I have yet to wait in the insane line for the outside service area since they updated it.

Oh and hit up the sake bar in the Japan pavillion. It’s easy to miss because it’s actually located inside the large department store all the way to the left side of the building.

Oh theres also a small wine bar in the back of Italy thats usually not crowded since its pretty off the path, air conditioned and offers great meat/cheese plates as well. One of our favorite spots/bars in all of wdw.

I don't think I am going to be able to make it to Disneyland before Galaxy's Edge comes in and that is a bummer.

I also was debating on going to Universal next month but like without Jurassic Park ride, it seems miserable with ride choice right now.
