Also, some sort of Simpsons attraction would be superb. But I imagine it would be difficult considering Universal’s got their ride rn
Honestly though just more 20th Century IP integration at the parks would be amazing. Hell make something at DAK or World Nature Nat Geo themed Idc.
I think Encanto could work. If they actually made a South American animal trail and themed the attractions well. Indiana Jones doesn’t belong and I feel like that won’t be what they land on in the end. This is a perfect area for a Society of Adventurers and Explorers themed area. Look how nuts the 40 olds went for the guy/girl in the pink Spandex dragon suit.
I always thought Universal wasted an opportunity to have a Good Burger in the Nickelodeon section, or a Krusty Krab in the Spongebob area
A 5th gate if it ever should happen needs to be a adult/teen centric Universal style park using mostly 20th IP. Die Hard, Alien, Predator, Bob's Burgers, Family Guy, ect. Have the park icon be scaled down recreation of Nakatomi Plaza.
Universal is trying to compete by doing a Disney style park, what better counterpoint than Disney doing their own Universal style park.
Ehh I wouldn’t say it’s Disney style. There’s not much there for kids under 10. Maybe Mario, the Dragon boat ride, and the carousel in center.
I just got the weirdest ad on my X timeline... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8gptCrCwo_8 https://x.com/MariaMondloch/status/1701763745809326568?s=20
The company at the end of the video (Codigo Del Sur) is apparently a software and app company out of Uruguay? Weird that live action Miguel and Herbie make an appearance in the video
I got September on my only ride through. Guardians is the only ride at Disney I've gone on that's really challenged my equilibrium, so I am eager to go on it again.
