we added an Epcot day to our HHN long weekend in Sept. Two in our group have never been to Epcot - my time to shine

 

@Matt just curious, typical HHN trip in the past, what else did you do during the day? I feel like going to Disney/Uni would be the move. That's what I've always done.

 

And I’m booking a long birthday weekend in November lol Disney year yolo

 

last year we did Volcano Bay the morning before HHN, had never been before and loved it. The day prior we did Islands of Adventure in the morning, Disney Springs at night. This year we aren't doing a waterpark so we might just relax/drink at CityWalk before HHN

my tentative timeline for this upcoming trip, because i love planning

Wednesday - fly into Orlando after work, check into hotel, late night dinner at CityWalk
Thursday - Epcot
Friday - IoA in the morning, Disney Springs at night(?)
Saturday - chill during the day, HHN at night
Sunday - leave

 

Your trip sounds way more relaxing than mine

We do the frequent fear pass, so we typically fly in Wed afternoon and leave Sunday as well. But we go to HHN Wed-Sat. And then each day, typically a different park. Last year we did MK Thur, Epcot/HS Fri, and Uni/IOA Saturday.

 

lol you should see me on a disney trip. i hardly relax

 

we did find time for multiple pool trips on our recent visit though. can't beat some rum drinks at Hurricane Hanna's and a dip in the Beach Club lazy river

 

Hell yeah, I stay at Lowes a few years back and watched HP while in the pool at night. Was great.

 

I'm doing Hersey on Friday - hoping crowds are minimal since most kids are still in school.

 

Decided to book a trip to the Galactic Starcruiser with some friends before it closes, and we are flying in the night before and doing an Epcot After Hours event on the first day of Food and Wine Festival. Getting real excited for it now

F&W is our favorite festival. I’m dreaming about the booths and we don’t go until the last week of Sept.

 

some good stuff at Flower and Garden this year but the food at F&W is generally better

 

just bought a ticket to go to knotts berry next month with some family v excited for that

it was $100 for a day pass plus unlimited food so that’s coool

 

my only knowledge of Knotts comes from LA podcasters

 

If you had your pick for a 4th of July coaster trip…

Kings Island and Kennywood (with Metric, Noel Gallagaher and Garbage thrown in)

OR

Knoebels (just at night), Hersheypark, Great Adventure

never been to KI, GAdv or Knoebels

 

So weird ive been refreshing my email and havent seen my park ticket confirmation yet can you look into this?

 

I really need another trip already.

 

knowing my poor cat will be happy to see me come home makes it easier to leave on my last day
