For real….we are celebrating Disney’s 100 years with two new shows at Disneyland and for Walt Disney World we are gonna find some old YouTube videos of wishes and project them on the castle.
It does feel weird for them to shift their focus to MK, when the whole other half of HS has needed a renovation for a least a decade, and there still are multiple uncompleted things from the halfass Epcot update. and the parts of MK they're looking to build upon aren't even the parts of MK that need it. There are still at least two or three attractions in Tomorrowland that badly need replacement.
Unpopular opinion, but I actually enjoyed the panel and found a lot of the announcements really fun. I think the US parks are in a weird spot for announcing things with a lot of things still in progress and then making an effort to get those done before announcing new things. They made a big point not to get out over their skis like they did in 2019.
Also, this years hidden object is a spider. I didn't find out until after I left, but if anyone goes, try to spot them!
Lololol to me this means that they want to get rid of Harmonious as soon as possible, otherwise they’d keep it around until a new show is ready to premiere. I assume Epcot Forever will come back as soon as the 50th is over on March 31st
HOPEFULLY this means they recognize Harmonious was a mistake and they are getting rid of the barges, using Epcot Forever as a temporary show again until they have a new one ready i'll take Epcot Forever as long as the barges are gone lol
It's going to be 2040 and everybody who Aerosmith is still relevant to is going to be in nursing homes and RnRC is still going to be Aerosmith themed it looks like.
I don't eat in City Walk very often and am looking for some advice. We are flying in on a Thursday night and staying at Cabana Bay, so we're going to be hanging out at City Walk that night for food and drink etc. We originally had reservations at Antojitos but they just canceled them for a private event. Trying to figure out where to pivot to - I've had Cowfish (shortly after it opened) and I wasn't too impressed. Margaritaville's food isn't good but we will likely stop in there for a drink at some point. We've never had Toothsome and that is probably where we will go unless someone has another suggestion.
