It's a Chorus world after all It's a Chorus world after all It's a Chorus world after all It's a Chorus Chorus world!
Nice, hopefully making it down there in May, I still haven't seen new Fantasyland and I really want to
I'm so excited to go on it, I got to go on the original the day before it closed and I got very emotional lol
True, Disneyland is slowly becoming my favorite park because of that, Indy, Mr. Lincoln, and Roger Rabbit
Nice! I'm going for a quick trip on Sunday. Staying at the All Star Movies resort which is a special occasion since as locals we never stay at a hotel.
Not sure if you've been following that whole situation or not, but it seems as if it'll be awhile before it does. Issues with the designers of the launch portion aren't pulling their weight and it doesn't sound like it'll be fixed anytime soon. The coaster manufacturer put a statement out about it... hopefully it gets resolved soon. Planning on a Hershey Park trip this summer for the first time, as well as Busch Gardens Williamsburg again sometime too before I head off in August.
I'm finally visiting Disneyland for the first time next month! I grew up going to WDW a ton, so it'll be really fun to see all the differences.
Disney fans, especially those obsessed with Walt and/or the parks and their history, what are your favorite books on the subject? My favorites: The Progress City Primer by Michael Crawford Walt Disney and the Promise of Progress City by Sam Gennawey Walt Disney: An American Original by Bob Thomas Dream It! Do It! by Marty Sklar Currently reading (and enjoying): Project Future by Chad Denver Emerson
I love Dream It Do It, the Walt Disney biography by Neil Gabler is essential, also the retrospectives of Pirates of the Carribean and Haunted Mansion by Jason Surrell are my favorites
I'm about to start Jeff Baham's haunted mansion book. I need to get all the others listed. WDW Radio is my source for book rec's
Nah, I'm with my parents because my dad just retired and asked me if I wanted to join them for a few days on their trip, they always rent a car at the airport. Also I saw a cat wandering around at MCO
I've never read this one, will have to check out. Disney War by James B. Stewart is a good account of how Disney got out from under Eisner in the 90's if anyone is interested in that one as well.
