getting tattooed by one of my dream artists in 8 days!

 

I really only want my arms tattooed so I'm running out of space... gotta be very picky from here on out

Yeah I only would want arm tattoos on myself but I have kinda small arms?? It's not like I have a desire for a ton of tattoos tho. The current tattoo I have, my friend suggested I get on my foot and I questioned our entire friendship

 

did a thing today. my favorite artist was back in NYC for the weekend so I had to get something while he was here. most of my leg pieces were from him so the collection is getting pretty decent.

 

Dumb question, but does hair grow back the same over a tattoo? I have hairy arms that I'm too lazy to shave and wimpy to wax them regularly. The tattoo I have now is on the inside/non hairy part of my arm, but the surface area of my arm without hair is like.... Significantly less space lol

 

Yep. And it sucks cause I’m shaving my chest all the time now or at least trimming lol

 

So in addition to the lil Phoebe Bridgers tattoo I've been considering for the future, I'd like to get a lil Niles crane tattoo someday since the show has been extremely comforting during the worst of my anxiety. But idk what I'd get. I wouldn't want like a portrait of his face haha. Like a little symbol that would represent him. But all I can think of is like him using a handkerchief before he sits at public places but I'm not about to get a tattoo of a handkerchief. Hmm. I will have to think on it.

Lol I will absolutely not!!! I thought about his trademark suit style but ugggh such ugly suits I'm not having that on me forever!!

 

Like there's a Sherry glass but idek what sherry is actually??? Is it wine?? And then a coffee cup but I don't drink either of those things and they don't speak to me!! An earmarked copy of Middlemarch? Anyway I won't get it any time soon so I have like literal years to think about it haha

 

Sherry is a fortified wine made from grapes from a specific region of Spain.

Haha that bird. I just wish he had like... A symbol. like Frasier has the radio mic, Martin has the green chair and Eddie, Daphne has like.... Psychic references and British food lol. I guess I'll just have to rewatch the series until I'm inspired!!! I associate Niles with like suspenders, handkerchiefs, and double breasted suits

 

I’m very excited to get tattooed this weekend but I am not excited at all for the healing process

 

Got a consult tomorrow but think I’m going to hold off on the actual appointment until end of August just in case I want to enjoy some pools and beaches this summer. Really want to get it done now though.
