I think my next one is gonna be a floral or something. Now that I have one colour tattoo I wanna get more lol
Thank you! I plan on going back to the artist who did that one for most of the other work I want to get done. Dude is super talented
He's thankfully a really friendly guy, too. I know he travels a bit to other shops and conventions, but I don't know how often he gets away from the east coast. If you ever find yourself on this side of the country, try and line something up. He's definitely worth seeking out.
So the same shop I got my Star Wars tattoo is doing flash designs at a local comic shop for free comic book day. Guess I'm getting my second in three days. Navy blue Batman cowl is what I'm going with.
Thanks. I'm really putting a lot of trust in my artist on this sleeve. More to come and soon, hopefully.
Just got this one done the other day by my friend @brock_alan_conry (instagram) has only been tattooing 2 months. Very happy with it.
I can't figure out for the life of me how to put a picture in a comment, but I got a tattoo yesterday and I think it may be my favorite one yet.
Awesome. I've been wanting to get a camping/hiking/outdoors tattoo for a while now similar to what have.
I just had this done this week. It's my take on "home is where the heart is," an image of my childhood home in an anatomical heart. It was done by Dan Bones at East Side Ink in NYC. And I guess while I'm here, can't remember if I've posted my others: This is my Weezer "Only in Dreams" themed piece on my arm. Done by Megan Jean Morris. I've always felt the verses speak to inherent beauty and the things you love existing in everything around you. Hence being able to see the beauty in art (the watercolor flourishes), nature (the flowers are my mom's favorites) and even death (the Day of the Dead lips and eye circle). 16 hours in one sitting! Lyrics from Brand New's "(Fork and Knife)/Untitled 07." "Hold" is my father, "on to" is my mother, "who" is my brother Matt, "you" is my brother Bri and "LOVE" is my handwriting. Done by...Bobby C? Was at Empire State in Oceanside, NY at the time, not sure where he is now.
I hear ya...I live down the block from the beach and got one this week. I'm booked to be away next 2 weekends so it will have time to heal away from sun.
I'm am itching so hard but I'm also getting ready to move and trying so save as much money as possible so I dunno how irresponsible I want to be
