HYPED at how the lines turned out for this man

 

I love it so much!!! I actually also have a Tolkien tattoo in that exact same spot, but mine is Bilbo from the Rankin Bass Hobbit.

 

man I have such fond memories of that hobbit movie, my grandma had it on VHS and we’d watch it on one of those 3000 lb TV/VHS combo things haha.

getting the itch for some new ink, been a long while. just not sure about who or what yet. just want something decently sized for wrist/arm and prob colorful. leaning anime-related but not sure yet.

 

My mom got it from the library for us so many times! It was my intro to Tolkien, and I was hooked.

Wife and I just came into some money (unfortunate circumstances) but after we account for everything and set some aside, I might finally make plans for my Randy Newman piece.

 

What's the pain rating for back? Getting a small piece done between my shoulder blades on Friday and feeling anxious to go somewhere other than my arms!

FWIW, not exactly bad, just weird and tingly lol. I'd say go for it, wherever it looks best!

Great song, but people should listen to Sail Away and actually get a vibe for his songwriting. Very socially conscious and pretty biting at times.

I picked up a vinyl of Good Old Boys not knowing fully what I was getting myself into, what a record.

 

First song is so jarring but it's an amazing album

 

Let the record show that I got my upper back piece done on Friday and it was my easiest tattoo yet. Maybe becuz it was only a few inches/super quick and I'm used to sitting for 2 1/2 to 4 hours but I was pleasantly surprised!
