Starting to get the "this is his best album" feels already, and I'm someone that's still pretty obsessed with The Wild Hunt

first spin was good but didn’t grab me in the same way the previous one did at first listen

will definitely give it a chance to grow tho

Solid album, on par with his last couple. Shallow Grave and Wild Hunt are still the high water marks for sure.

This is an excellent album and far exceeds Dark Bird for me, which I didn't really dig.

The Wild Hunt is still a top 10 album of the 2010s

He filmed a rig rundown and I can’t wait to see that.

I’m sure recency bias is coming into play here but side 2 of this thing is amongst the best he’s ever done. Been on repeat.

Have hardly listened to anything else since it came out. It continues to grow on me and there’s not even one low point imo

Not sure I like it more than There's No Leaving Now but it's pretty damn close. My all time favorite TTMOE song is on that album.

quite enjoy this. haven’t been as into spare folk music like this as i was when some of his earlier records came out, but he’s so god damn talented
