    The Suicide Squad is an upcoming DC Comics film written & directed by James Gunn (Guardians of the Galaxy), currently scheduled for release on August 6, 2021. It's technically a sequel to 2016's Academy-Award-winning Suicide Squad, but will hopefully be significantly better than that gosh awful mess.

    Idris Elba - ???
    Margot Robbie - Harley Quinn
    Viola Davis - Amanda Waller
    Jai Courtney - Captain Boomerang
    Joel Kinnaman - Rick Flag
    David Dastmalchian - Polka-Dot Man
    Daniela Melchior - Ratcatcher
