I wonder if he’s going to stray from the source material. I take my Lindelof with total creative freedom
I’m here for anything Lindelof is attached to. Anyone here already read this book? Maybe that’ll be my next read
I loved The Leftovers and Watchmen, but I also loved the premise of both of those stories. This one doesn't sound like something I'd usually be into but maybe
I used to live about 10 minutes from the night market that was filmed in. The movie captured the aesthetic well
Actually never watched it lol. I missed the hype train back in HS when it was out, my girlfriend at the time and her family would watch so I saw an episode or two....and I've obviously seem plenty of memes and know the ending and all that, it was impossible to avoid. But I should still actually watch it at some point.
Would not call it a perfect ending but also would not call it a perfect show. And yet it's perfect for me despite and in many cases because of its imperfections. I love that they somehow managed to tie everything together while still preserving a lot of the mystery.
Was huge into Lost as it was airing, but I have tried rewatching it and I dunno it doesn't hold up to me.
I'd love to rewatch it with my mom, but my fear is that it won't be as good as I remember, and I can't take that.
Walt's plot being basically entirely dropped and left unresolved after being one the show's biggest mysteries just left a bad taste in my mouth even as it was airing.
