Read Murder Rap: The Untold Story of the Biggie Smalls & Tupac Shakur Murder Investigations We know who did both and why. The killers just both happen to be dead too. Last Podcast on the Left did a good series on it a couple years ago. I learned that the inciting incident took place at the mall down the street from me.
We finished Man on the Inside last night. I totally loved it. So so so wholesome and funny with great characters. Check it out if you liked Ted Lasso.
One on hand, this is bad for the industry imo on the other, if Zaslav is no longer involved with HBO/WB, that’s good
It just really sucks for how much this puts the future of theaters in jeopardy in the next decade or two. I hate Netflix so much, but of course I hate the Ellisons more.
I just wish Apple would have thrown their hat into the ring and bolstered their TV and movie lineup with WB’s stuff. But they just seemingly had no interest.
really not looking forward to so many films and shows never seeing release on a big screen or on disc, forced to live forever behind an ever-increasing paywall until they decide it's financially inconvenient to continue disseminating it to the masses while continuing to churn out derivative slop week after week as a means to serve you more ads. Ellison, Zaslav, and Sarandos and the like can all fuck off. it's all bad regardless of the controlling party. gonna start prioritizing acquiring what i can from WB's library for my own collection (case in point, i picked up both Blade Runner films from Gruv in 4K for $20).
I think you guys are very optimistic thinking that Trump's FCC is going to let anyone but Paramount buy WB
I hate to say it but I very much would prefer Netflix over Paramount owning it. It's a shitty situation over all though and echo the sentiment that I wish it were Apple
i mean, i agree if i had to choose one of the two, i'd go with Netflix. in an ideal world though, they wouldn't have made any of the decisions that led to the company getting to the state where it needed to be sold to survive. Zaslav is obviously a big part of that, but i'm sure it goes back further.
Paramount+ is not just the worst streaming app, but the worst app I’ve used. It crashes almost every time. It takes ten minutes just to get something to play. I have zero issues with other apps on my PS5.
Watch them make all future DC films be Netflix exclusive for 1 month and you have to pay an additional fee to watch them
