'Lioness' Renewed For Season 3 By Paramount+

 

Watched it when it came out; very good. Hopefully gets a second season.

 

The Jacinda Ardern doc on Max was great. Normally don’t love documentaries about stuff that relatively current, but she’s just such an inspiring person and I can’t help but appreciate the fleeting bit of optimism it made me feel

 

Haven't really watched any Netflix original content in a bit, anything worth catching up on?

Black Rabbit, Wayward, new Season of Wednesday, House of Guinness.

I know some of these are new-new, but you get the idea.

 

Black rabbit is decent

 

Definitely check out Department Q and Adolescence if you haven’t

 

Loved Adolescence, as a dad, that show killed me.

 

Just started Black Rabbit and its decent enough, but these episodes feel way too long.

 

yeah a lot of them need trimmed 15 minutes

 

Dept Q is great

 

I don't think I've heard of that before, I'll check it out.

 

Adolescence has some of the best acting of the year.

Finished Wayward last night

Certainly one of the shows of all time

 

I'm on episode 4 and I probably should have stopped after the pilot. I knew it wasn't for me right away, but here we are...

 

My main takeaway was why there was no further story about the girl who just rubs her legs until they bled.

 

We watched the new Hulu doc on Lilith Fair. I never knew about it. It would have been so cool to attend.

 

Hunnam's accent or voice or whatever in Ed Gein is so bad.
