I want to start Succession but will I still get it if im not from a multi million dollar conglomerate family?
The reaction I am seeing from tons of Severance fans about losing to The Pitt is making me think... did the peak tv prestige era kind of break people's brains? Not everything needs to be high concept. "basic and familiar" is fine it's well crafted TV. Grow up. I saw one that was like "this is like if Succession lost to Grey's Anatomy!" lmao
I don't want to sound radical, but Severance and The Pitt are both fantastic shows and award shows don't matter
Chief of War is fucking amazing and Jason Momoa deserves all the praise and recognition that it has gotten.
I am assuming "in the model of" just means traditional broadcast TV genre with a prestige sheen, and not like real time.
