Ok my wife watched both of these shows and I was kind of in the room here and there, does that count?
Sucks that it’s the network cancelling the show rather than Colbert voluntarily ending it, but also the late night format needs to die in general. There’s a reason basically every clip that these shows post online / get traction are interviews with guests, because the monologues and pre-planned sketches are nearly always boring and cliche as hell The exception being Jimmy Fallon, who makes up for an unreal lack of interviewing skills by just having famous people play generic party games
Because of this Colbert stuff now I am watching The Late Shift for the first time in awhile. One of the classic HBO Original Movies.
I watched the first episode last week and enjoyed it but all my free time since Sunday has gone to this book. It’s too good!
I have no interest in a podcast if I can't watch it on video Yes I know that's insane haha. But I enjoy watching Conan and Amy Poehler's podcasts on YouTube.
I like having the option of watching a podcast but I would never sit on my couch and watch one. I enjoy having the doughboys on my office tv while I work.
I have to Really like whoever is doing the podcast to actually watch them, otherwise listening while multitasking like playing a videogame is preferred.
August is looking ok. Will watch KOTH, Alien: Earth, Long Story Short, Peacemaker season 2, and Chief Of War.
Just watched Old Dads with my family and thought it was fucking hysterical Also watched the Tetris movie on Apple TV+ and loved it
