Watched this for scientific purposes and it’s truly terrible. It’s barely even a movie. Any chance it has at being remotely interesting or engaging is cancelled out anytime Jonah is on screen doing the worst “comedic” performance I’ve seen in quite some time. His character has a Kanye picture on his wall and a picture of Bill and Hillary Clinton. He also has a bumper sticker that says “honk if you can separate the art from the artist”. Do not recommend.
I’m not even sure what he was trying to say with this piece of shit. It’s kind of about cancel culture but not really? I’m sure he thinks it’s deep and profound but it’s just a steaming pile of shit.
Wow, Keanu has been in some duds lately as far as comedies go.... The movie he did with Aziz was also undercooked and pretty terrible for me, though that seems to at least be decently received overall. This one is doing rough... 28% / 32% on RT which is right on par with Balls Up (which is actually shockingly high... i expected sub 20 for both on that).
TIL that besides Street Fighter and this, Noah Centineo is also playing fucking Rambo in a Rambo prequel.
And he has Union County coming out later in the year which is a drama that has got amazing reviews out of Sundance plus his and Will Pouter's performances got critical acclaim as well
Apparently in Margo Fanning's boobs are prosthetic. Which is a little weird but I guess it's for the realistic milking parts
Apparently that show was filmed where I live so I guess I should check it out at some point so I can point at the screen and such
tbh, i wasn't aware of any nudity in Apple shows aside from an occasional ass shot (notable example: Lee Pace in Foundation)
