I've seen some criticism about the editing for that show

 

I’m loving Neighbors. They shot at one of my favorite local dive bars in the latest episode.

 

The Louis Theroux manosphere doc is good.

 

Got Prime for the month, will probably keep it until Invincible and The Boys seasons are done. I think Vox Machina is a little later in the year. Also I thiiink you don't need to be subbed to watch Jury Duty

I haven't done the math on it yet but I'm convinced if I only do it a few months out of the year it'll cost less than the annual. They don't have enough stuff I wanna watch nor do I use the free shipping enough to justify it

 

I have Amazon Prime for the no delivery fees and the free Grubhub+ account. The Prime Video stuff is just an extra.

If you order enough stuff the annual sub eventually pays for itself.

 

I'm the opposite. But I don't think they let you get Prime Video by itself anymore

Tommy Lee Jones Cast In FX's 'The Lowdown' For Season 2

 

Anecdotal from peeps on reddit, twitter, bluesky. I haven’t seen any of it to know if that holds any weight

 

I get why the cinema verite annoys some people but I'm still enjoying it

 

The editing and presentation of Neighbors is pretty crazy and jarring but it's in purpose and absolutely part of the charm and why it's so engaging

 

It really reminded me of the Florida Man documentary show HBO had in it's quirkiness, but I like the fact there's none of that silly reenactment that Florida Man has.....yet I wish Neighbors was an hour show, mainly because it feels like both stories go by so fast.

 

I only watched the first, I'll watch more tonight, but I immediately wanted to know what happened after!!!

 

Yeah, I like the format but think it could use some work.....if they're gonna make the focus of the show two stories, I need followups like what's the situation a year from when filming ended???

 

I guess that's what Reddit is for huh

 

Watched the first episode of neighbors and enjoyed it. No complaints about the editing at all.

 

LOL and the way this series has done, so many of the people post on Tiktok and YouTube I'm sure there's stuff on there too

 

I just want an hour instead of 30 minutes! To give a follow-up...not really a "complaint", I just want moreee.

Almost done with Santa Clarita Diet which I didn't start until now cause I knew I'd be mad at it ending so soon. It's so charming

I keep re-watching Heated Rivalry by accident. I mean to watch one part or one episode and then oop whole season is rewatched

After Santa Clarita Diet I need a new to me show. May start Mad Men finally but also my friend rly wants me to watch House of the dragon or whatever but also I never watched game of thrones so that seems wrong to do
