i was at the grocery store today and everyone was talking about how big the old streaming thread had gotten!

Need to re watch American Vandal

 

Adolescence was good. Ending was crazy depressing and sad. Hopefully Stephen gets a nom

 

Forgot about that show entirely. It was really great, I should also rewatch it

 

Both seasons of American Vandal still hold up. I love that it has kinda become one of the first true cult classic shows of the streaming era.

My favorite little detail that American Vandal gets right about how teenagers talk, is that teens always refer to other teens by their full first and last name. No other high school show got that right.

Streaming sucks I hate streaming

 

Bunch of big stuff leaving Netflix within a year. Including a lot of stuff owned by WBD and Disney. All the HBO shows, all the ESPN 30 for 30s, Lost, Archer, HIMYM, Prison Break. Dates of removal in link.

I guess AMC shows will leaving Netflix later this year too

Watching Sirens because Meghann Fahy and this entire show feels like a fever dream.

 

Started the Korean show Mercy for None. Always a sucker for revenge stories

 

Trying to watch the “Predator” movie on Hulu made realize they switched from playing a bunch of ads before the movie so it wouldn’t interrupt it to playing them every 10 minutes.

 

I guess there is going to be a Hulu limited series about the Amanda Knox case in August where Knox herself is executive producing.
