I was at a Citizen show back in November and I definitely was the oldest in the crowd (turning 37 in May.. Oof) from what I could see lol
Until you find out the arena dates are like $50-$120 + fees depending on where you sit/if you're on the floor
my fellow buffalonian, I hope this new outer harbor venue doesn’t draw the GA/VIP like a mile from the stage like the last one did.
Lol where the venue was 50% VIP even though it was only half full. VIP crowd followed by 30 yards of open grass and then GA in the back. Whack set up. If you hear anything, I'm curious about this myself.
Broken record but I keep seeing this thread bumped: The lead singer of this band is in a band with a rapist. Like, currently. Not one of those gray area situations. You can make the choice to not support them, financially or simply vocally, as they prepare to release new music and tour
Can't listen yet, but seeing people say they did the same thing with Big Blind that they did with Out of It. Rerecorded/remixed to match the rest of the album.
most boring music video ever. if any of them were doing more than head bobbing and foot tapping, and they had like... NFG energy in the music video, I think the song would have come off a lot more exciting too.
When I saw them live at warped tour in 2014 they barely moved. It's like their feet were cemented to the stage.
3 of the 4 songs released before Proper Dose were slow/mid-tempo, hoping for some more energy on the other tracks. Chorus is catchy tho
If my experience TSSF has always been pretty meh live, but the crowd usually going apeshit so it makes for a fun time. Song is decent but nothing to write home about.
they played before rise against at riot fest in 2019 and i was so bored during their set. no stage presence at all
They also rerecorded/remixed Big Blind. Not wildly different, but the same thing they did with Out Of It on the last record
I actually enjoy this song a lot. More than Big Blind. Feels unlikely to me that they will be able to top Proper Dose, which I love, but we shall see.
I like both a lot. I'm a fan of cleaner production with this band so I like the new Big Blind better.
