I thought about it, realized there were too many options, and gave up haha My only thought was like a festival where all the bands played 90 minutes. Just overkill haha
Ha! I think almost everyone just talked during Copeland when that tour actually happened in Pittsburgh. Was not the vibe of the show at all. No disrespect to the band, but the crowd had no interest in it.
Listening to that podcast, good stuff! Also, for years (i blame the language barrier) i thought the lyric was ‘let’s push a lobster aside’. Damn.
hopefully neither, NFG brought out RF in 2019 and no one cared, they put them in between early november and new found so it just felt like a gap. should've had the legacy bands play back to back but whatevs

Update: the date canceled, the show ripped. Played 4 songs off Direction so I was pleasantly surprised with that. I would also like to take back my Are You Alone slander from earlier in the thread. It clicked for me live.
Made a somewhat last-minute decision to see TSL Friday in Columbus even though I’m seeing them Saturday. Making it up to myself since I had to sell my tickets and missed them last month in Indy.
Started rewatching studio 4. Just love love this band. I was in a comedy group with one of the members and we sat down to talk about comedy for like an hour or so. I tried my best not to geek out about TSL, but I did ask him what Kenny was like. It's strange how much the personality of the vocalist matters to us as music fans. He said Kenny's pretty much my best friend and he's like the best dude in the world. Makes this band so seamlessly lovable for me.
Well worth it! They played 14 or so songs but it went by way too quick. Didn’t write down the setlist but they played a few from each album. Kenny was wildin too. You could tell they were all feeling it and having a good time. Can’t wait to see them again today at Ohio Is For Lovers. Never thought I’d be lucky enough to catch them two days in a row in 2023.

I loved them on the AAR tour but it hits different when everyone's there to see TSL play. Decent amount of people knew the words but not the same.
