Definitely this. Can see a lot of this happening for the acts on that festival that don’t tour a ton.

If they end up making this a full US tour I would be very comfortable selling my When We Were Young ticket.

 

The Starting Line is playing with The Wonder Years in Allentown 9/4.

 

Just secured tickets to the Anaheim show. Hoping they play "Classic Jazz"

 

Yeaaaa its over 2 hours from me and I have work the next day. Just can't pull it off.

Wish I could bottle the level of joy I reached on that livestream last year when they went into Classic Jazz. Honestly still get amped thinking about it haha

Reading that made me realize I didn't have any TSL vinyl, so I went to try and find a copy on the internet and no dice. Been realizing that a lot of stuff around that era is difficult to get on vinyl. These bands should do big represses of their catalogues! I get that vinyl wasn't big back then but between nostalgia for emo/pop punk and vinyl it seems like an obvious win-win.

 

I suspect there will be a lot of 20th anniversary editions popping up over the next few years.

 

I'm cool with that, TSL and Yellowcard are both sorely missing on my shelves.

 

I didn't go but wanted to check out their setlist from the Allentown Fair show last weekend, & this is a pretty weird setlist for them in recent years. I've seen them 6 times in the past 5 years, & they've played all of the Anyways EP every show, & played a lot more off of Direction/BOATS too. I get that most people really only give a shit about SILYMI, so I guess they were playing to that crowd a bit more

 

Probably gonna be SILYMI heavy this fall. Preparing for the fest in Vegas

 

Its finally below 80 degrees today so you know what that means... time to play BOATS
