https://www.setlist.fm/setlist/the-starting-line/2025/roxian-theatre-mckees-rocks-pa-1b46b944.html A great set tonight! Bummer that they swapped out two Direction songs though, despite loving the two songs they swapped in.
Ahhh A Goodnight's Sleep and Night Life! I'm torn on which I prefer because while I love Direction, I did notice that Birds and the title track did have the least reception from the crowd at my show.
It has been played once this tour so far. So, it could happen. Less so than Luck? That was probably the least energy a song got last night. At this point, I’d probably swap out Hello Houston, Decisions Decisions, and Drama Summer for more Direction songs or even unreleased new songs from Eternal Youth. I’d love to hear What You Want live finally.
The record will have been out for nearly a month by my date - hope there’s plenty of it in the set at that point
Yeah, I’m a little tired of basically seeing SILYMI in almost full every tour at this point lol would prefer them to switch it up a bit
Here’s Circulate from last night. You can find Sense of Humor, A Goodnight’s Sleep, The Drama Summer, and Artistic License on my channel.
I hope they never stop playing Luck, personally! I can't go to this tour, but if I could I'd love to see all three Anyways 7" songs, lots of Direction, and more from Eternal Youth. I'm sure this is an unpopular opinion, but I love pretty much everything they've put out except for SILYMI. Didn't like it when it came out, and I now find it almost unpleasant to listen to. That's probably my hottest Chorus-appropriate take lol.
Luck is good, definitely a halt in the set though. Never seems to have a great crowd reaction when I’ve seen it
No one cared for it last night at my show. I didn’t even recognize it. They played it 4th or 5th and everyone was o_0 I also remember Kenny saying tell people in Georgia to get their shit together lol (I’m assuming that date has extremely low ticket sales hah)
Yayy justice for Luck haha. Fair points about the live momentum though. Later release, third song on a 7" EP, slower tempo, etc., makes sense.
I listen to it less than the other two , exactly what @iain1872 said! but to be fair, we got a 22 song set so nothing to scoff at as Kenny said. He’s like “oasis got nothing on us! lol
Excellent news..... Tom quit his job! so I hope that will now mean the band can go full time, and tour worldwide.
