wow those balling vocals on bangladesh are embarrassing sounding imo.

on the other hand, lady is one of their best songs ever. truly great.

I actually like both songs lol but yeah his vocals are… not great

 

If you literally just deleted that dude's vox from Bangladesh it would be solid, but it's barely tolerable as is.

Thankfully, I actually like Chrysanthemum. The non-Anthony songs from this and Apeshit are landing for me in a way the old records usually didn't.

 

I wasn't gonna listen to the new singles since we're so close to release but fuck I'm so curious about Bangladesh now that I can't resist.

Edit: Jesus Christ what. Like, it's not completely terrible, but it is deeply puzzling.

 

I think it’s fine lol. Has a very classic early years of punk sound to it

 

at least theyre better than they are on whatever the fuck closes lover the lord has left us

 

That's Rich's dad on that track, but yeah. I'm usually a fan of his vocals but those feel pretty half baked

 

I do skip this one every time. I absolutely "get" the point being made and I appreciate the message but I don't like hearing it

 

his voice is fantastic on pyramids - a northern meadow

 

New Pyramids album is pretty sick

 

yeah Lover ends with The Heretic, a perfect song imo

 

I gotta listen to it more

 

I also was gonna wait until the album but was curious with the reactions for Bangladesh
