I’ve been considering being Christopher for Halloween this year. I’m not into going out in Halloween costumes that are impractical after about an hour, and not doing face paint I forget to take off before sleeping. I’ve also got the hair and nose for it. My only worry is absolutely no one would get it.
I was Christopher a few years ago when I went to see Dead and Company at MSG on Halloween. My wife was Adriana. I bought the neck brace on Amazon, wore my own shoes and pants, and got the shirt/jacket/chains for very cheap from a thrift shop.
Absolutely nailed it, and I didn’t even think to go with Neckbrace Chris which is 100x’s more identifiable with the outfit. I can’t even try now, thanks for the final nail in that coffin.
Nah man, go for it! A lot of people didn't recognize it at first but when I said Christopher they were like "ohhhhhh shit!" and then a bunch of boomer Dead fans had just never watched The Sopranos. Do it man, people will love it.
I would imagine it didn't look as bad in 2001 and they thought they could get away with it. Truly is amazing season 3 turned out as good as it did when the original plans had to be scrapped last minute
On top of the CGI, it is a terribly written and inessential scene, awkwardly trying to write around existing audio from Marchand.
We knew it was bad back then. Remember that this is a decade removed from Terminator 2 and Jurassic Park.
yeah it took me 2 or 3 watches to actually notice it myself but, you can't not notice it once you know its there lol and yeah, the massive genius episode is probably the consensus worst episode of the show, but i do love the scenes where tony is golfing with cusamano and his friends.
